With plans to create their forever family home, our client contacted us at Amico in the hope that we could help them achieve their goal. In this huge project, a large, dated property was to be transformed into a modern home, fully equipped with four double bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen diner.

Our Solution
To kick start this project, we conducted an extensive measured building survey. Prior to the renovation, this property was struggling to withstand the tests of time. This meant accurate planning was crucial to ensure the reconstructed property could take shape exactly as our clients had envisioned.
As the project progressed, we helped our clients obtain all the necessary permissions for their renovation. We produced both existing and proposed plans to obtain planning permission and created detailed building regulation drawings for the building control and construction.
As evident in the drawings below, this property took on an entirely new form with a side extension that allowed space for a large entrance hall and open-plan kitchen. Upstairs, there are four spacious double bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite. It’s everything our clients had pictured for their family home.
