Our Solution

After an initial measured survey, it was clear there was plenty of work to be done to transform this property. The original kitchen was confined and entirely seperate from the conservatory living area that extended into the back garden. In order to achieve the space our client wanted, we’d need to strip back the existing extension and replace it with one almost double its width.

For an extension of this size, our client would need to obtain planning permission. So, our expert team of architectural technicians developed detailed building regulation drawings to guarantee they’d get the approval they needed.

These detailed site drawings helped ensure the project ran as smoothly as possible and allowed for confident communication with contractors. The drawings acted as a reference point throughout construction and kept everyone aligned at all times.

As you can see from the photos, the end result was well worth everyone’s hard work. The kitchen and living area are warm and welcoming while letting in loads of natural light.
