2D & 3D Drawings
Drawings will start as a sketch before being transformed into 2D drawings and 3D visualisations, allowing you to envision what the project will look like post-construction and make any amendments.

Once you are happy with your drawings, the next step is to identify the type of planning application best suited to your project. From here, we can help you to prepare the relevant documentation ready for submission. This typically includes:

While planning applications are being determined, we will begin preparing a package of information which will need to be submitted to building control for approval. In doing this during the determination period, once planning approval is granted, you will be ready to begin the build. Building control approval usually takes around two weeks, but this can vary depending on the size and scale of the project.
We Create Tender Packages On Your Behalf
Our tender packages include a set of drawings where materials, dimensions and specifications are detailed so that an accurate build cost can be provided. At this stage, we will fine-tune details and can enlist the services of external consultants, including:
