We had the pleasure of working alongside a developer in Rugby on this incredible project worth £150k. It involved changing the use of a C3 residential family property into a C4 home of multiple occupancy. Our client enlisted our help to obtain maximum value from their project, creating a 6-bed property with 6 ensuites with a high-end finish. Our Solution

This was a fantastic project to see brought to life, and it was great to work closely with our client at every stage, starting with an initial measured survey. Measured surveys are an essential part of any project and are used to gather all the measurements needed to produce accurate drawings to scale.

Following a survey at our client’s site, we produced planning drawings and submitted these, along with a lawful development certificate, to change the use of the property to an HMO.

All applications were quickly approved, allowing us to move swiftly onto the necessary building regulation drawings. These drawings were also used by builders and building control while on site, who we continued to liaise with throughout the project to ensure every stage ran smoothly.
