Our Solution
Before work began on this home, it already had an open-plan kitchen and living area. However, its layout was quite restrictive, and the space felt confined. Our client wanted a rear extension to open up this space and give it an entirely new feel. In our early visits to the property, we conducted detailed measured surveys and created accurate planning drawings to start putting our client’s plans into practice.
These plans were also crucial in obtaining planning permission. By presenting the proposed development clearly and concisely, the approval process was straightforward and didn’t delay construction. Additionally, we created extensive building regulation drawings to ensure the extension met all necessary standards.
